Please choose carefully when purchasing a product as we don’t return items if you have changed your mind or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Once approved please use the online return portal to lodge your return.

SHIPPING for returns?
Hampdon will pay return freight if the item is faulty.

CREDIT for returns?
Once an item is returned please allow up to 14days for the return claim to be processed and refund granted.

For Afterpay / Zip Pay orders, a 6% restocking fee will apply.

Special order items will incur a 20% restocking fee

Products that are returned without the original packaging or in as new condition will incur a 30% restocking fee
