HARDFACE T-G, up to Ø 1.6 mm, is suitable for positional welding as well as for downhand welding by adapting transfer mode and welding parameters as for solid wires.

Applications

• Rebuilding and surfacing steel components exposed to metal-metal wear and moderate abrasion.
• Earthmoving equipment such as tractor rollers, idlers, chains and drive sprockets, excavator pads, electric shovel track carrier rolls; steel shafts, crane wheels, steel mill rolls, mine car wheels, dredge pins, mixer parts, rail car couplings, mill roll couplings.
• Repair, rebuilding and under-layers on forge tooling
