Amateur welder review.

First time trying to weld Aluminium with Sticks. I am using a DC inverter welder welding 6mm Alloy pipe together, running Electrode Positive, I attempted 70amps,80amps,90amp,100amps,110amps and 120amps and had not luck with these electrodes. they stick and do not ARK WELL, I tried pre heating the Material to 550 Degrees Celsius and still no Luck, I managed one weld on some scrap 3mm Alloy Sheet and found the penetration to be very Minor. Remember I am a amateur so! when it comes to Alloys. done plenty of Stainless and Mild Steel Stick welding.
