HS420-O is a Self-Shielding, 13% Cr ferritic-martensitic stainless steel welding wire used for hardfacing and rebuilding components which require a good resistance to abrasion in metal-metal conditions.HS420-O has a Good resistance to corrosion-erosion wear and good resistance to thermal cracking. This wire excels in the fact that the deposits can be *heat-treated to higher hardness. This flux cored wire produces a small amount of slag that is easily removed.
