The QRC connector works by fixing the disc in place on the pad with the threaded sleeve and by securing it with a 180° turn. The special design of the non-woven web disc is marked by a bond of synthetic resin, the aluminum oxide grain and a non-woven web scrim with the addition of a polyester backing.
